Why doesn’t my password work?

b. Make sure that you are using the correct username and password. It’s case
sensitive. That means that if your username is BoB. You must type BoB.
Not BOB.
c. If you’re using AOL, you might want to clear your cache settings. If for
some reason you made a mistake typing in your password, AOL will
remember that mistake and not allow you to access the site. Clear your
cache. Check the help section on your AOL broswer to find out how to do that.
